Android: share videos to ClipMule

  1. In Chrome, open the downloader and download a clip. Tap Install ClipMule in the box that appears, or choose Add to Home screen or Install app from Chrome’s menu.
  2. Next time, open a single video on RedGifs, xHamster, XVideos or XNXX, tap Share and choose ClipMule.
  3. ClipMule opens on that video’s downloader with the download choices ready.

Sharing works with the page of one video. A Reddit post or a creator’s profile won’t open; open the clip itself first, as the Reddit guide explains. If ClipMule isn’t in the share list, check that it was installed, not only bookmarked.

Desktop: the Save with ClipMule button

Drag this button to your browser’s bookmarks bar. If the bar is hidden, show it with Ctrl+Shift+B (Cmd+Shift+B on a Mac).

Save with ClipMule

On a RedGifs, xHamster, XVideos or XNXX video page, click Save with ClipMule in the bar. ClipMule opens in a new tab with that video ready to download. The button only sends the address of the page you’re on to ClipMule; it doesn’t read anything else from the page.

iPhone and iPad

Safari doesn’t let websites appear in the share sheet. Add ClipMule to your Home Screen or bookmarks from Safari’s share menu instead, then paste links as usual. The iPhone guide covers saving and finding the file.
